Body Alive (Senior Citizens/Beginners)
The class begins with 10 min. of abdominal training, followed by 45 min. of body sculpting along with low impact cardiovascular activity. The class ends with 15 min. of stretching and relaxation. This class is designed at a slower pace in a relaxed atmosphere. (1 hour)
Body Sculpt (All Levels)
Total body excercisee to tone and sculpt muscles. With or without weights. No aerobics. (45 min. + 15 min. abdominal training)
Box-n-Sweat (Intermediate/Advanced)
Traditional boxing/kickboxing movements combined into a total body aerobic workout. (45 min. + 15 min. abdominal training)
F.A.B's (All Levels)
Finally, a class for Flexibility, Abs and Buns. Just what all women have been looking for! (30 min.)
Intro to Step (Beginners)
A moderate fat-burning aerobics workout that teaches basic step movements. (45 min. + 15 min. abdominal training)
Step (All Levels)
Moderate to intense fat-burning step aerobics workout. (45 min. + 15 min. abdominal training)
Step & Buns
Moderate to intense step aerobics followed by lower body exercises. (30 min. + 15 min. abdominal training)
Step & Sculpt (All Levels)
Moderate to intense step aerobics followed by body sculpting. (45 min. + 15 min. abdominal training)
Yoga (All Levels)
Basic techniques of yoga that include relaxation, flexibility, balance and strength. (1 hour)
Pilates (Intermediate/Advanced)
Exercises that strengthen from the inside out by working the core or "powerhouse" muscles of the abdomen, hips, low back, and buttocks by training them to be stabilizers and movers. (1 hour)
Ab Blast
Twenty minutes of abdominal training using mats, resist-a-balls and weights.
Interval Training (Intermediate/Advanced)
A combination of aerobic and strength training exercises. This class is designed to work all upper and lower body muscles while increasing cardiovascular endurance
Iron Body (Int./Adv.)
Advanced students from TAOS Kung Fu Academy bring you Master Safakhoo's advanced conditioning class. Very similar to Boot Camp and Body Sculpting, with a martial arts twist!
Hip Hop Cardio
A dance-oriented cardio class that incorporates elements of jazz, modern and club-style dancing for an awesome total body workout.
Senior Fitness
Very low pace with minimal movement. High extension of upper arms with impact on upper body; this incdludes using small wights with low repetitions.
Express Line Workout (All Levels)
A 30-minute weight lifting/cardio routine perfect for those of you with very little time. Due to the speed necessary for this workout to be effective, it is only offered between the hours of 11 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday
