The fastest way in the universe to get in shape. BODYPUMP is a strength endurance training class where muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability. BODYPUMP is great for "EVERY BODY."
Body Sculpting:
An anaerobic class that is good for toning and firming. Body sculpting is total body workout, traditional style, using weights to target each major muscle group. In this class you will use bands, body bar, weights and ect.
Pilates:
An exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk.
YOGA:
A series of physical poses that will improve posture, increase strength and enhance flexibility.
Yogalates:
Yogalates is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga. This combination together allows for Increases strength, flexibility, posture and balance.
Box-n-sweat:
Basic kickboxing moves consisting of kicks, jabs and punches.
Cycling:
Stationary bike riding class held in the spin room. The lights are turned off for a unique experience. The instructors guide the class to the music, yet YOU control the intensity of the workout.
Step:
Basic step aerobics using one step and basic beats per minute. Great place for beginners to all levels ! *If you are a first-timer, let your instructor know so she can show you the ropes.
