Class Descriptions
What Class is right for you?

Bench Circuit Training (BCT) - Strength training with weights and use of step bench with music.
Body Sculpting - Weight training with the use of free weight dumbbells, body bars, & resistance bands.
Body Shaping - High intensity wieght training/toning to music.
Group Cycling - Indoor group cycling utilizing various speeds & resistance.
kickboxing - Aerobic conditioning utilizing various combinations of punches, jabs, & basic kicks.
Pilates - Focuses on core strengthening of the body.
Sports Condition - A high intensity circuit training workout switching between various exercise stations.
Step - Combination of lo/hi cardiovascular movements using a step platform.
Step-n-Sculpt - Combination of strength training with weights and step aerobics.
Yoga - A series of traditional yoga positions that will help improve posture, increase strength and enhance flexibility.
