Low
Low Impact Cardiovascular movements with strengthening and stretch at the end. All levels

Lo/Hi
Low Impact and High Impact movements with strengthening and stretch at the end. All level

Step
Combination of Lo/Hi Cardiovascular movements using a Step Platform. Strengthening and Stretch at the end. Intermediate level

20/20/20
20 minutes Lo/Hi, 20 minutes Step 20 minutes Strength. Intermediate level

Salsa
Latin Dance. All levels

Gut & Butt
exercises for the lower extremities and Abs. All Levels

Basic Pilates
Exercises to lengthen, strengthen through the mind and body. All Levels

Kick Box or TKO
Combination of Cardiovascular movements using Kick Boxing Strengthening and Stretch at the end. Intermediate/Advanced

Group Weights or Barbell Class
Weights and resistance training to produce strength and definition to music.All levels

Yoga
Basic techniques of relaxation, flexibility, balance and strength. All levels

Power Yoga
Yoga Stretches combined with Strengthening work. All levels

Lo/Hi/Pump
1/2 Lo/Hi and 1/2 Weights Strengthening and Stretch at the end Intermediate level. Intermediate level

Boot Camp or Athletic Challenge
Military Drills, Athletic Drills and strengthening. Intermediate/Advanced

All classes are one hour. Always consult your physician before starting and exercise program. Only you know your body and your abilities. Feel free to make personal modifications to fit your needs.
