Group Poweris your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results.

Group RideEveryone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

ZumbaWhen it comes to burning calories, toning muscles and sweating away stress,here’s a Latin-inspired recipe for success: Take some meringue, add a little samba, sprinkle it with mambo and a spoonful of salsa, and you have Zumba (ZOOM-bah). This high-energy workout isn’t your typical group exercise class. Hips shake, hands clap, shoulders shimmy, and feet pivot, step and slide to a Latin-international hip-hop beat that gets you moving. Zoom Zoom, Zumba!

KickGroup Kick® brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors asnd a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick® will knock you out!

CentergyRedefine yourself with Group Centergy®. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy®.

FUZE: Create a leaner, stronger, more flexible body using classic sculpting, cardio and stretching techniques! Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you’re training one-on-one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness!

L-STEP: All step classes are not created equal! Riviera’s own in-house master combines fun and fitness to shape your body one step at a time, followed by an abdominal workout. All levels welcome — so bring a towel and join the fun, Leonard style!

FIGHT CLUB: Learn the art of kickboxing for self defense and fi tness. This dynamic and explosive art combines the
benefi ts of an excellent cardio workout with self-defense techniques using the legs, knees, elbows and boxing.
Increase your aerobic capacity, learn conditioning drills to improve your strength, agility and quickness while
developing an impenetrable defense and a devastating offense - overall physical conditioning plus strength of
mind and character!

BOXING: Train like an amateur boxer! This boxing workout is a class for both men and women of all fi tness levels.
Get back to basics with the classic training methods and skills of boxing using our boxing ring, punching bags and
jump ropes. This class will help you to increase your speed, agility and strength.

GOSPEL RIDE: A cycling workout to all the great gospel music so you can praise while you ride!
