Class Descriptions

BODYPUMP:
The fastest way in the universe to get in shape. Body Pump is a strength endurance training class where muscle and music collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, Body Pump has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability. Body Pump is great for "every body."

BODYCOMBAT:
A martial workout which combines kicks and strikes from a wide range f self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing, and taekwondo into an energetic routine.

CARDIO MIX:
An aerobic workout that could include a mix of step, hi/ low aerobics, boxing, balls and/ or weights.

STEP SENSATION:
An intermediate to advanced cardio workout using the bench.

DOUBLE STEP:
An intermediate to advanced cardio workout using two benches.

YOGA:
A series of physical poses that will improve posture, increase strength and enhance flexibility.

PILATES:
An exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk.

GROUP CYCLING:
An intense cardio workout on stationary bicycles. A pass is required - You may obtain one at the front desk.
