Class Descriptions

Poweris your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an
inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic
movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fi tness levels. Discover
results, discover Group Power!

L-STEP: All step classes are not created equal! Riviera’s own in-house master combines fun and fitness
to shape your body one step at a time, followed by an abdominal workout. All levels welcome — so bring
a towel and join the fun, Leonard style!

FUZE: Create a leaner, stronger, more flexible body using classic sculpting, cardio and stretching
techniques! Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with
cardiovascular movement. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you’re training oneon-
one with a private trainer. Great for all levels of fitness!

Zumba When it comes to burning calories, toning muscles and sweating away stress,here’s a Latin-inspired recipe
for success: Take some meringue, add a little samba, sprinkle it with mambo and a spoonful of salsa,
and you have Zumba (ZOOM-bah). This high-energy workout isn’t your typical group exercise class. Hips shake,
hands clap, shoulders shimmy, and feet pivot, step and slide to a Latin-international hip-hop beat that gets you
moving. Zoom Zoom, Zumba!

YOGALATES: The perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates to increase balance, fl exibility and muscle tone to unite your mind and body.
This class improves body shape, strength and overall health - internally and externally. Great for all ages, shapes, sizes &
fi tness levels!
