Class Descriptions
What Class is right for you?

STEP
Cardio class using a step platform to deliver intensity, increase coordination and add fun while burning calories.

KICKBOXING
A mixture of kicking and punching moves for fat burning fun.

CARDIO PUMP
A total body workout combining cardio and muscle conditioning…. all in one class.

BALL SCULPTING
Tone, tighten and trim using free weights, bands and tubing.

CORE TRAINING
Muscle conditioning of the entire core region, involving abdominals and lower back.

ABS
Intense muscle training for the abdominals using a variety of moves.

GLUTES
Tighten and tone the muscles in the buttocks. Also involves the hamstring and quad muscles.

YOGA
Stretching, stengthening and elongating the spine in proper alignment of the vertebrae. Breathing and relaxation techniques. Lowering blodd pressure, increasing cardio-vascular health, increasing lung capacity, releasing tension and stress.

PILATES
Movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.
