Class Descriptions

BodyPump
Burn up to 600 calories per class in this 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for-and fast!

BodyStep
Burn lots of calories for a leaner body using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. You get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

BodyJam (The Dance Party Workout)
An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Burn lots of calories and improve your co-ordination as funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So, grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.

BodyFlow
The yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. Improve your joint flexibility and range of movement, increase your core strength, improve your cardio-vascular function, burn calories, reduce stress levels. It's your personal "time out" from the stress and strains of daily life - a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental wellbeing. *participants may want to bring their own "sticky mat"

Cardio Combo
If you like variety then this is your class! It may be step, high/low, or kickboxing. Intense cardio, combined with body sculpting makes for the ultimate class.

Kickboxing
Punch and kick your way into being more fit through circuit type training and boot camp drills.

Circuit
Timed cardio circuits and toning segments.

Pilates
Exercises designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles through specific postures, combined with breathing while focusing on core stability. *participants may want to bring their own sticky mat.

Double Step
Take the popular step class and double the fun while steping on, over and around two step benches. Sure to challenge even the best!

Cycle/Abs
An indoor biking adventure with all the speed, hills and intensity you can stand! Kick your calorie burning into high gear and tone those legs and butt. Just when you think you can't go on, you get to lay down and work those abdominal muscles! *Bring water!

Move and Groove
A fun, motivating class for all combining classic aerobic movements with dance steps. Get your groove on!

ABsolution
It's the solution to all your abdominal woes! 30-minutes of various ab exercises to tone or build that six-pack you've always wanted.

Grind
This is the Julius cycle special! Jump on that bike and grind on those pedals to burn calories and get that awesome body.

Endurance Cycle Ride
The ultimate in cycling. Push your body to the limits and see how far you can go. No ab workout in this one. Just all out riding. *Bring water and a towel!
